New Priorities Introduced For Skilled Visa Applications
In this blog we are going to share with you the details on the new priorities introduced by the new Ministerial direction for skilled visa applications.
A new Ministerial direction to improve the processing time of skilled visas and clear out the visa backlogs was implemented on October 28, 2022.
Processing priorities for the health and education sectors have been formed by the new ruling called Ministerial Direction No.100.
The latest priorities will be applied to all skilled visa nominations, visa applications which are still to be determined as well as newly lodged applications.
Priorities for the Global Talent and Business Innovation And Investment Programs will be removed with implementation of the new direction. Visa applications for these programs will be processed according to the planning levels carried out under the annual migration program.
