New UK Expansion Worker Visa Announced By UK Home Office

Global Business Mobility Visa Route Changes

In this blog we are going to share with you the latest updates on the statement of changes impacting the global business mobility visa routes.

A new statement of changes has been published by the Home Office in the Immigration Rules on 18 October 2022. Modifications have been implemented to the Service Supplier Route under the category of Global Business Mobility.

Agreement Of Trade With New Zealand and Australia

As per the recent trade agreement signed with the UK, permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand can now visit the UK based on the Service Supplier Route along with the services being provided.

Permanent residents and Nationals of Australia can provide their services to the UK for up to 12 months while the agreement will remain in the same place. However, applicants living in New Zealand will only be able to work for up to 6 months in the UK with this route.

Authenticity Of The Agreement

It has been clarified in the changes of rules by Immigration that any sort of agreement assisting migrants coming to the UK under the Service Supplier Route is provisionally applicable to both the parties to be relied on.

Sponsors of The UK

According to the changes, only A-rated sponsors will be able to certify the financial requirements after bringing any migrant to the UK under any Global Business Mobility route.
