- 1392 Nominations for the Skilled Work Regional Visa (491)
- 1175 nominations for the Skilled Nominated Visa (190)
- 10 places for the Business Innovation and Investment Program

However, it’s important to note that the Business Innovation and Investment Program has reached its cap and is now closed for the remainder of this financial year.
Considering the remaining nominations, the ACT has a deadline of June 30, 2023, to fill up these spots before the new financial year begins on July 1. In preparation for the upcoming year, the ACT has reviewed its skills list and nomination guidelines. As a result, they have added an additional 128 occupations to the list. The aim is to simplify the nomination process for prospective migrants, including candidates from overseas.
