Our practice dates back to 1877 when Thomas Napier Whyte opened a legal practice in Geelong. In 1904, lawyers Aurel Victor Jung Just and Frederic William Drummond Moore, in practice together since 1896, purchased Whyte’s sole practice renaming the merged firm the name that stands today—Whyte Just & Moore.
Over the years the firm has established a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable law firm providing service to Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and surrounding regions as they grew.
In 2015 and 2017 respectively, Aaron Jolly and Will Punivalu, local Geelong lawyers and Law Institute of Victoria Specialists, acquired interests in the firm and are now the Principals.
